Job Description
About the role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Revit Technician to join our team. The position is available as a full-time role. We offer a competitive salary based on experience and skillset.
The role is based in Derby, so ability to commute or relocate is a must. Immediate availability is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Working on Revit-based projects from conception through to completion
- Producing high-quality final Revit sheets
- Conducting quality assessments and ensuring technical accuracy
- Clearly communicating project intentions, deadlines and work scopes with both the internal team and clients
- Explaining our methods, reasoning and design interpretations to clients
Candidate Requirements
- Good understanding and practical experience with Revit.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles related to building design and construction.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance in all deliverables.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving abilities to address design challenges efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing tasks to meet deadlines
- Good work ethic and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Ability to speak fluent English.
Desirable Qualities
- Minimum 3 years of regular Revit use (educational or professional setting)
- A Bachelor’s degree in Science, Architecture & Technology OR a similar qualification
- A Full UK Driving Licence
