We were commissioned to carry out a comprehensive survey at a high-end residential property Connaught Square undergoing a full internal refurbishment.

The building had been stripped back and was in the process of being rebuilt, with works including rewiring, redesign, and interior upgrades already underway.

The client required accurate and reliable survey data to support both architectural redesign and interior planning. This included detailed measurements, a full Point Cloud Survey, and Revit Modelling to ensure that designers and contractors could confidently develop proposals based on precise existing conditions.
