What affects the price

We price each job on what's actually involved, not a rate card. The main factors are: - Size and complexity. Floor area, number of levels, how intricate the structure is, and the site area. - Detail. The level of detail and accuracy you need, and the drawing scale. - Access. Occupied buildings, out-of-hours working, security inductions and permits. - Deliverables. 2D CAD is quicker than a full Revit model. - Programme. Urgent turnaround may need extra resource.
